Eric Slezak is the Lighting Studio Manager for the department overseeing the use of lighting and special effects in the theatrical productions and classes. He is an Ohio State alum with over twenty years of technical experience running lighting, sound, and managing a wide variety of theaters and entertainment spaces, from Houses of Worship to Broadway and Aquatic shows on the high seas. Credits include Stage & Production Manager for the smash hit musical Mamma Mia! and for the aquatic and acrobatic shows Oasis of Dreams and OceanAria onboard some of Royal Caribbean’s largest ships. One of his main interests involves integrating addressable LED technology into set pieces and props that can be controlled from the light board.
