Housekeeping is conducted by university contracted vendor, King's Cleaning. Submit housekeeping requests to Stephen Brunson.66.
Contracted services include trash removal, surface cleaning, restrooms, and floors.
Employees who are assigned offices are responsible for office trash removal and dusting surfaces within their offices. Contracted supplier will vacuum office floors, but employees are responsible for all other office cleaning.
The Theatre, Film, and Media Arts Building has two kitchen facilities: the 4th floor kitchen and the Green Room.
The 4th floor kitchen is reserved for use by department employees only. Users of the kitchen should always label their foods items with name and date when placing them into fridges and freezers, using the provided label materials. Fridges are cleaned out every other Monday morning. Users should always wipe down the interior of the microwave after every use. Please do not leave items sitting for extended periods of time in the sink or dish drying area. Housekeeping services are responsible for floor and counter top cleaning, and department employees are responsible for all other cleaning. Cleaning supplies can be found in the cabinet under the sink. Employees can leave personal equipment and supplies in the cabinets and counter top at their own risk.
The Green Room kitchen is only accessible for use by stage managers for theatre production-related tasks, or for special events as needed.
Any temporary signage posted on surfaces in the building must only use blue painter's tape. No holes or adhesives are allowed on walls in the building, except those designated for operational use (for example, equipment room and design studios).
Posters are not allowed on any surface in the building except the designated bulletin boards on the 2nd and 3rd floors.
Personal office users may use removable 3M hanging materials.
