Refund Request

In an effort to best protect our patrons and our community during the Coronavirus outbreak, Ohio State Department of Theatre is cancelling all performances for the remainder of the 2019-2020 school year. Due to these extreme circumstances, we will be making an exception to our refund policy and will be providing full refunds to patrons already holding tickets for our cancelled productions.

As another protective measure, the Theatre Ticket Office will not be providing any services in person. Please do not stop by the office in person. If you have questions or concerns, our voicemail will be checked regularly with all calls being returned within 24-48 hours. Please be sure to leave a name and phone number in your voicemail as we do not have CallerID. You can reach us at 614-292-2295, press 0 to be transferred to our voicemail.
