Brunner-Sung Selected for Sundance Fellowship

Associate Professor Vera Brunner-Sung is one of six Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) artists selected for a new fellowship program by the Sundance Institute and The Asian American Foundation. The Sundance Institute/The Asian American Foundation Fellowship and Collab Scholarship" provides AAPI artists with creative and tactical support to develop their skills and grow professionally with the aim to improve AAPI representation in the film and television industries.

The fellowship provides a year-round professional development learning experience, a $20,000 unrestricted grant to support individual projects, and customized support from the Institute based on their goals.
