Chapel Hill is a professional costume
designer who has worked with several
theatres across the country. She also
has written extensively on theatrical
design and is the author of a monograph
on costume designer Willa Kim. [The
Designs of Willa Kim. New York: USITT
in cooperation with Broadway Press,
2005.] In 2008 she was inducted as a
Fellow to the United States Institute for
Theatre Technology (USITT).
