Backstage is on the mainstage at USITT. Each spring, USITT (The United States Institute for Theatre Technology) holds a national conference and expo about everything that goes into making theatre magic. This year, it’s just down the road in Louisville from March 20-23. There will be literally hundreds of educational sessions, hands-on training opportunities, professional companies to explore, sessions to attend, etc. Get a preview of all the events with students and faculty will be there, too.
The Department of Theatre offers the Lunch & Learn series every Tuesday as an opportunity for members of the department to engage in casual conversation with students, faculty and professionals about topics of shared interest.
