If you know The Phantom of the Opera, then you know Maria Björnson’s world-famous designs. Last year, MFA Candidate Cade Sikora traveled to Washington D.C. and London to learn how the teams behind shows like The Phantom of the Opera and The Little Prince, both designed by Maria Björnson, have managed to adapt and maintain the look the shows years after the designer herself has passed away.

The Department of Theatre offers the Lunch & Learn series every Tuesday as an opportunity for members of the department to engage in casual conversation with students, faculty and professionals about topics of shared interest.
