They are a (Mad) Laboratory, that welcomes experimentation and fosters new work which creates more opportunities for learning and development both onstage and off. Their new downtown space has been their home for eight years now and between their full-length original productions, Theatre Roulette, their Young Writers program and the sister companies who produce improv, radio-style plays and more, 227 North 3rd Street has become a very busy place.Join us this Wednesday when we'll meet MadLab's Interim Artistic Director (and Ohio State Alum) Laura Spires along with Colleen Dunne, the coordinator of MadLab's Young Writers program.The Department of Theatre offers the Lunch & Learn series as an opportunity for members of the department to engage in casual conversation about topics of shared interest, but especially addressing a student audience.
