Overtones, written by American theatre activist and feminist Alice Gerstenberg in 1913, explores the difference between who we really are and the mask we wear in the world. When two childhood friends meet after years apart, their true feelings about each other threaten to destroy their present.

This Property is Condemned is a one-act play written by Tennessee Williams. Willie (a 13-year-old girl) and Tom (a 16-year old boy) meet alongside a railroad track. However, it becomes obvious that age does not necessarily shield us from the harnesses of life.
